Evidence Based Practice among Health Professions

The emphasis/ spread of Evidence-based Practice and the rapid advances in all fields of science require a modern clinician to be equipped to evaluate and take advantage of ongoing and future research in order to make competent decisions concerning patient diagnosis and care. This course, covering the primary aspects of evidence-based practice, will help you better understand, appraise, and implement new evidence-based dental treatment and diagnostic options into your practice, curriculum or research. Course work focuses on human clinical trials addressing quantitative outcomes, risk calculation, diagnosis, and systematic reviews, is a hands-on learning experience.
